BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

My job starts well before the wedding when we meet over Zoom, and you get to tell me why you’ve chosen this human, and how you’re planning on celebrating!

I’m here to listen to your ideas, guide you on what photography package would work, help you plan a wedding timeline that’s right for you, share my wedding experiences while making sure I learn what is most important to you and your partner.

Over the weeks and months leading up to your wedding, we can arrange a pre-wedding or engagement session, and have as many pre-wedding consultations as you’d like.

I’m a big fan of being organised, so you’ll have your own client portal where you can access all the emails we’ve sent, contracts, timelines and invoices. Efficiency for the win!

ON THE DAY

On the day I’m not just there to tell your story, but I’m there to do anything that needs to be done to make your day the best experience possible.

I’ll make sure that you’re running on time, that your grandmother has a chair during family photos, give you enough time to spend with your guests, help zip up your mom’s dress, bring you a drink and carry spare lipstick in my bag.

When it comes to the photography, I’m completely couple-led. If you want 2 hours of photos on your own – fine! If you would prefer just 20 minutes – you got it.

Of course the photography is important too, but I’ve shot enough weddings that I can work magic pretty much in any timeline.

After all, my goal is to make sure that your day doesn’t just look beautiful, authentic and carefree in the photos, but that it actually is.

AFTER YOUR WEDDING

Within 72 hours you’ll get a sneak peek of about 15 – 30 images from your wedding.

Then while you settle into wedded bliss, I go through the thousands of photos from your day, sorting through the multiples, deleting ones with odd expressions and closed eyes.

Each photograph is professionally edited by me making sure it looks as good as the moment felt.

Within 5 weeks, I send you a link to an online gallery with all your images in both high resolution and low resolution.

You can share this gallery with all your family & friends and you can download all your images in the best possible quality with all printing rights included.

But if you’d like, you can arrange to print them with me and together we can design an album!

WHAT NEXT ?

What happens in case we have to cancel or postpone our event because of a pandemic or anything like that?

You can postpone your event up to 2 times and up two 1 year. And completely cancel the event after the postpone, the deposit will be not refunded.

What happens if you can't honor our event, while the event is still held?

One of the advantages of using our service is that we have a strong network of talented photographers. We will refer a friend who is available to replace us, and the photography fee will be reduced by 50%. We are here to take the stress out of your wedding day and you can rely on us 100%.

How many photographers will be there at our wedding?

Up to 200 guests, We always have 2 photographers. In case you want to have more photographers to ensure your event for example when there is a lot of distance to go between places. We can add more photographers with a good price for that.

Do you have a list of predered vendors to use?

I sure do! From wedding coordinators to florists and caterers, I have worked with some of the best companies in the industry in Vietnam or SE-Asia and would be happy to share their information with you.

Do you travel for weddings?

We love to travel! It's fantastic to shoot in new locations. We travel around the world for weddings every year. Don't forget to update our travel dates on website or Instagram to avoid the travel fee in case you want to have some epic shots with us.

What equipment do you use?

I use professional digital cameras and lenses from Sony. I always carry both backup cameras and lenses as well as extra memory cards, flashes, batteries, etc. My gear is regularly maintained and updated all to ensure you receive stunning photographs or film.

How long to we have book ahead?

Some dates and months are more popular than others, so it's best to book as far ahead as you can to avoid disappointment.

Do you photoshop for skin or body looks?

All we are looking for is the best photos under our artistic eyes. We will use all the necessary tool for making it. However, we will provide a personalized editing service if you need.

How do we reserve our wedding date?

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Prior to the wedding day, a reminder of the balance is due. I provide several payment time possibilities as well.

When do we receive the photos?

Up to 5 weeks after the shooting, you will receive all the edited photos. But about 15-30 images will be sent to you within 72 hours after the day.

Do you have any recommendations for locations?

We have a bucket load of ideas for locations, from intimate corners in the city to country landscapes. From ultra-modern to iconic and historical view. We always love finding the right locations for you.
